Please note: Participants wishing to book accommodation for 3 nights must select both accommodation options, as different rates apply for each stay period.
Reservation Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: Accommodation reservations are accepted exclusively for participants who have paid the event registration fee in advance.
Allocation limit: Each participant may reserve a maximum of 1 room.
Non-compliance: If these conditions are not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the accommodation reservation (even if already paid), with a full refund of the corresponding amount.
Standard booking period: Standard reservations are made for the period September 30 – October 3, 2026.
Availability: Rooms are offered strictly subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Accommodation reservations may be cancelled or modified under the following conditions:
Cancellation more than 35 days prior to check-in date: The prepaid amount will be fully refunded.
Cancellation between 34–30 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee representing 35% of the reserved services value will apply.
Cancellation between 29–15 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee representing 50% of the paid amount will apply.
Cancellation between 14–7 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee representing 80% of the reserved services value will apply.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-show: A penalty fee of 100% of the accommodation services value will apply.
Note: Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing to the organizing team at: orllatina@aspro.com.ro. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 working days after the end of the event.
In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to retain 100% of the amount paid. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
