5. Personal data

Aspro Advertising SRL (Aspro Advertising SRL) respects the Romanian legislation in force regarding the processing of personal data, specifically (GDPR) 679/2016 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. Aspro Advertising SRL is a personal data controller and is registered in the Register of personal data processing under number 0019918.

Aspro Advertising SRL processes personal data such as: name and surname, locality, e-mail, phone number, workplace, profession, position, for the following purposes:

  • promotion of products and services, marketing, advertising, media, including for sending newsletters which will contain information from the medical-sanitary field and/or invitations to events organized by Aspro Advertising SRL.

  • organization of events in the medical-sanitary field. Aspro Advertising SRL also processes personal data having an identification function (CNP) exclusively for the purpose of transmitting them together with other necessary data, according to the law, in order to grant continuing medical education credits to personnel active in the medical-sanitary field by the professional organizations authorized in this regard, following participation in events organized by Aspro Advertising SRL. The CNP is processed with the consent of the personnel active in the medical-sanitary field with the mention that if they do not wish for this personal data to be processed, the continuing medical education credits cannot be granted to them.

 

Aspro Advertising SRL collects personal data: directly, from natural persons active in the medical-sanitary field on the occasion of events organized by the company; the personal numeric code is collected directly from the data subjects, through the registration forms for events organized by Aspro Advertising SRL, in order to grant continuing medical education credits to personnel active in the medical-sanitary field; indirectly, from public sources (for example from the website of the College of Dentists of Romania, the National Health Insurance House, etc.), to the extent that they are displayed on these sites for the purpose of contacting the data subjects (doctors, nurses, dentists, etc.).

 

The data collected on the occasion of participation in events organized by Aspro Advertising SRL will be disclosed to professional organizations, in order to grant continuing medical education credits/continuing pharmaceutical education, to personnel active in the medical-sanitary field. The following data: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number will allow Aspro Advertising SRL to keep you updated with the company's activity and to invite you to events organized by it. We inform you that you have the right to object to this type of data processing, article 21, paragraph 2 of the Regulation, an objection which you can manifest expressly as follows: by sending an e-mail to aspro@aspro-advertising.ro, in writing to the address Alexandriei Road no. 20, bl. L6, sc. B, fl. 10, ap. 78, Sector 5, Bucharest or by mail to the address aspro@aspro-advertising.ro with the subject unsubscribe.

 

Also, your right to address the justice system is recognized. Your data will NOT be transferred abroad.

Confidentiality and security of personal data

Aspro Advertising SRL as a personal data controller respects and guarantees the confidentiality and security of the collected information. Aspro Advertising SRL assumes the obligation to apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against: accidental or illegal destruction, loss, modification, disclosure or unauthorized access, any other form of illegal processing.

Aspro Advertising SRL does not promote SPAM. To be able to offer you information about organized events or to send you invitations to them, the company Aspro Advertising SRL may also contact you by e-mail, on which occasion it will offer you the possibility to subscribe to the company's newsletter.

 

Aspro Advertising SRL offers you the possibility to unsubscribe at any time from this newsletter, both through a link in every sent newsletter, and by sending an e-mail to aspro@aspro-advertising.ro. Also, you can opt to transmit a request regarding the deletion of your e-mail address from our database. GDPR

We are pleased to inform you that starting with May 25th, 2018, the European Regulation 2016/679 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (“GDPR”) becomes applicable.

In the context of participation in a medical congress, for the validation of CME credits by the College of Physicians of Romania, mandatory data such as name, surname, CNP, medical specialty, workplace, and professional rank are required. Other data, such as e-mail address and phone number, are necessary for us to transmit information related to the unfolding of a medical event, for example: location, registration deadline, or submission of scientific papers.

We state that your data will not be alienated by us to any third party and will be used only for the purpose for which they were transmitted.

In the situation where you choose to pay for one of the services by card, we state that the electronic payment instrument is a secure one and that we do not store such data (card details, bank accounts), and payments are made only in secured interfaces belonging to banking institutions.
