REFUND POLICY

 

 

Participation Fee

The participation fee varies depending on the participant’s professional category and the event for which they register.

Payment is made through the online payment platform available on the website https://www.congressorllatina.ro.

 

 

Participation Confirmation / Event Access

After completing the payment and the registration form on https://www.congressorllatina.ro, the participant will receive a confirmation email.

If the registration form is not completed, the registration is NOT considered valid and the participant will not receive access details or logistic information regarding event participation.

Access details for the event will be sent at least 24 hours before it begins.

 

 

Refund of the Participation Fee

To cancel participation and request a refund, the participant must send a written request to orllatina@aspro.com.ro, specifying:

  • Full name;

  • Event name;

  • Payment date;

  • Amount paid.

 

 

Cancellations and refund requests will NOT be accepted by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp — only via email.

The fee will be refunded using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed. The payment processor will handle the refund process.

Refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the written request.

Bank fees related to the refund are covered by the beneficiary and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

 

Refund Percentage

  • 100% if the request is submitted at least 30 days before the event;

  • 50% if submitted at least 20 days before;

  • 25% if submitted at least 15 days before;

  • 0% if submitted less than 15 days before the event.

The fee is non-refundable if:

  • it was covered through sponsorship or voucher/prize;

  • the participant did not attend the event (either in person or online);

  • changes occur in the event program (not attributable to the organizer).

​

 

The fee will be fully refunded only in the following cases:

  • cancellation of the event by the organizer;

  • postponement/rescheduling of the event.

 

 

In such situations, the organizer will publish the refund procedures on the website https://www.congressorllatina.ro and through the official communication channels (newsletter, social media, etc.).
